Wow!!! What can I say other than we are so grateful to Pacific Proworks Inc., your whole team was incredible! The construction of our 1,000 square foot ADU with two bedrooms, full bathroom and kitchen which turned out better than expected, and the whole process for the ADU was seamless, from blueprints to completion. Denette helped me design the ADU to maximize the space and include features I wanted in a layout that took advantage of limited size and she suggested many features I had not thought about which really maximized the space. The guys showcased excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, and commitment to helping us finish within our budget. They managed the timeline effectively and navigated the zoning, planning and permits with ease. Delivering us a beautifully designed space that we are super proud of and will be using for added income giving us a great return on our investment. Thanks again Joseph, Denette, and all the guys for all your hard work and dedication to help us finish our ADU with no headaches. You made us feel like family and your transparency and full involvement made a lasting impression. You are the best! We highly recommend you using Pacific Proworks they're amazing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The were really well versed with knowledge of zoning, and city planning. Before the project startes they provided a shopping list of all finishes and fixture that we were responsible to provide, helped us choose finishes that were affordable and long lasting and help us place the orders so they were ready to go once the build started, so we wouldn't have any delays. They kept us within our budget. The finished everything on time and perfectly coordinated the workflow and inspections to do so, and kept me up to date through the entire process.

They were always responsive to me for any questions I had, and they procured all materials and helped us place the orders prior to begining the build which kept us on track to finish on time.

The owner Denette is a woman and she not only is very creative and helped us maximize the layout of our ADU, but she put her heart in everything and really showcased her talents.

I can't think of anything, they were so communicative and supportive throughout the whole process. Pacific Proworks Inc made this endeavor simple and stress-free.

They kept me updated at every stage, handled permits and inspections smoothly, and delivered all project milestones on time or earlier than expected. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and honesty. They treated my project like it was their own home — no shortcuts, no upselling, just high-quality work and clear communication. It’s rare to find a contractor who’s both professional and genuinely cares about doing the job right.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pacific Proworks Inc could have done differently?

The overall experience was excellent, but if I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be quicker follow-up on small questions during the project. That said, any delays in communication were minor and didn’t affect the quality or timeline — the team was still reliable, respectful, and delivered exactly what they promised.

Wow!!! What can I say other than thank you Pacific Proworks your whole team was incredible! We were really worried about the whole endeavor undergoing the planning and construction of our ADU that we build for my mother in law, but the whole process was seamless, from blueprints to completion. We own a historical home in Los Angeles and had trouble with anothe contractor getting through the historical committee but the guys at Pacific proworks showcased emense knowledge, excellent carpentry, workmanship and attention to detail. They managed the timeline effectively, stayed within our budget and navigated the historical committee, planning and permits with ease. Delivering us a beautifully designed space that we are proud of. Thanks again  for all your hardwork and dedication to help us finish our ADU with no headaches. You are the best!
