The scope of work started with a CRO Audit. This then moved on to what they call the discovery phase where Pacific IQ researches our customers and competitors. From there the design phase started and we worked with the Pacific IQ design team through multiple iterations until we were happy with the final product. 

The Pacific IQ engineering team then turned the design into a custom theme. When we were ready Pacific IQ helped us go live to ensure the transition was smooth.

They are the point of contact and they allocate and manage the other employees working on the project. All deadlines were met with some even being early. They added smart filtering tools, which were such a game-changer. It’s so much easier for people to sort through pillows, rugs, or furniture now. They also made dynamic category pages that let the products and lifestyle shots shine. And oh, they made sure it worked beautifully on phones and tablets—this was non-negotiable for us. They even optimized all our photos and videos, so the site loads crazy fast but still looks gorgeous.
