Pacheco Koch was formed in Dallas in 1990 to provide professional civil engineering, land surveying and landscape architecture services in both the private and public sectors. The goal of the company was, and still is, to combine the latest technology in engineering, landscape architecture surveying with a responsive, client-oriented staff to produce the best professional service possible. Pacheco Koch has a staff of 200+ and growing. The firm has the capability and experience to provide civil engineering, land surveying and landscape architecture design and consulting services on a wide variety of projects. Clients use Pacheco Koch for everything from a simple title survey to the complete infrastructure and utility design for an industrial business park. We also work with public entities on many projects including fire stations, municipal centers, utility infrastructure, community parks, recreation facilities and street thoroughfares.
