PACE Forwarding is a Poland-based freight forwarder with over 10 years of experience moving complex, high-value and regulated cargo from Europe to CIS, Africa , Asia and the Middle East. We specialise in two areas where standard forwarders often fall short: heavy and oversized project cargo, and temperature-controlled pharmaceutical logistics.

From our headquarters in Warsaw, we coordinate shipments across the EU and through the major Polish, German and Benelux ports, with established corridors into West, East, North and Southern Africa as well as the Gulf and Levant. Over the past decade we've built direct relationships with carriers, port operators, customs brokers and last-mile partners on both ends of these routes — which is what allows us to deliver into markets where documentation, infrastructure and reliability are real constraints.

Our operational fleet and partner network includes over 1000 vehicles, ranging from standard tilt and curtain-side trailers to low-loaders, extendable trailers, GDP-validated temperature-controlled trucks, vans and reefer-capable equipment. This mix lets us handle a 60-ton excavator and a pallet of vaccines with the same operational discipline.
