We help lawyers, consultants, and other professional services providers build their businesses. Our services include strategy, organizational development marketing, and business development. P2B FirmBuilders works with firms on a project basis or as a fractional marketing department.

Our niche is helping professionals market and sell their expertise to business and individual clients.

We understand that the strategies and techniques that work in one firm may not work in another, even if the firms share similar practices and markets. We take extra care to understand the culture, history, and personalities unique to each firm before making any recommendations.  

P2B FirmBuilders works with firms at every stage in the evolution. We can start at the beginning, developing strategies and laying a solid foundation with new websites, media relations, social media programs, and business development training and coaching. As firms progress, we can refine and enhance their strategies and activities by better leveraging resources and introducing targeted programs. 
P2B FirmBuilders also launches new offices, practice groups, and lateral partners.

Our arrangements with clients vary as much as the firms themselves. We tailor our services to the needs of our clients. For some, P2B FirmBuilders serves as their Chief Marketing Officer or marketing department. For others, we work on projects in one or several roles such as: strategist, creative director, project manager, writer, publisher, event manager, instructor, or coach. With many of our clients, we establish long-term relationships enabling us to jump in whenever we are needed.
