I am the CEO of Shubham Jewels - Shubham Jewels is an ecommerce export company - Selling Gems & jewelry online through marketplaces all over the world and more than 5 websites of our own.

How did you select Ozel Solutions and what were the deciding factors?

The company had extensive experience in SEO and Social Media MArketing - that also gave us confidence to try their web development services and it was a wise call - we were introduced to them by a fellow market place seller from ebay.

We had a website with more than 5000 SKUS our next goal was to gain traffic to our website and organic traffic was our main goal - so we looked to SEO and Social Media promotions as the go to option and gave us 10x results in about 1-2 months

How many people from the Ozel Solutions team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There was a project manager and 2 other from the SEO team that communicated on daily basis to better understand the work and update on day to day work

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We had a 10x increase in traffic in 1-2 months and also had thus got boost in organic search on search engines leading to better conversions. We could also grow our email list by 2000 in 3 months due to the traffic and banner promotions

The best part was it was simple - They are an email or phone call away - there is a dedicated project manager so makes it very easy and there are no false timelines so makes it practical and clear

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company gave you what and when to expect, no false promises and timelines, and you get your money's worth in gold.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are satisfied - though human wants are unlimited and we could point a few points to improve - but they deserve the good words and that overshadows any small things that are part of the work

I’m the co-founder of a news and media website. We’re a small organization that only operates in the digital space; we don’t publish hundreds or thousands of news articles every day.

We needed help with SEO so people could discover us more easily.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ozel Solutions did our SEO. We had multiple discussions before starting the engagement. They gave us recommendations, but we created our own content. We also worked together on keyword research.

What is the team composition?

One person managed our account, and another one fixed any issues we had.

How did you come to work with Ozel Solutions?

We came to know of them through networking. We were able to address and get answers to questions we had for them in a very positive way. Considering we’re a small organization, they were a very cost-effective solution. Moreover, we felt that working with them would help us achieve our goals.

How much have you invested with them?

We paid $1,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January 2019–January 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We only track engagement figures in terms of how many people are interacting with the website. At no point in time did our traffic or any metrics get hit during their association. They maintained our traffic without any problems and helped us increase our organic traffic.

How did Ozel Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They always stuck to the budget. We didn’t have any set timelines because the work was more oriented toward improving the quality of the SEO so that we weren’t penalized by Google. They took care of all those things, and we communicated via review phone calls and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When Google’s algorithms would change, they never communicated it to any of the publishers. Ozel Solutions brought to our attention that certain core updates were being pushed. They were on top of how we could address the issues.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

If we had continued the association, maybe I’d be able to answer that. We stopped the engagement was because we pivoted the kind of organization that we were, so we no longer needed an SEO organization.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The solutions they provide aren’t short-term. You need to ensure that you have a period of at least six months to a year before you can figure out the results. We didn’t understand this at the beginning; there were many times when we didn’t take their input because we didn’t have the bandwidth to do it.

Therefore, if you’re going to work with them, you need to have time and dedicated resources to ensure that their recommendations are taken seriously and implemented. Since changes come on a regular basis, you must have review meetings on a biweekly basis. If you miss those changes, you’ll be affected.
