Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of ELM Legal services Ltd and am the founder and CEO. We provide online appointments to individuals in the UK to enable them to have their Last Will & Testaments drawn up.

For what projects/services did your company hire Outreach Chimp, and what were your goals?

We were finding that our competitors were getting ahead in domain values and content so we looked at enhancing our presence on the internet with sustainable and non toxic backlinks.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Initially we were approached cold by outreach and we took a leap of faith and made a test order, this went very well and we then reordered.

We asked that we got an input on the destination sites and the content. This was done with no uphill and we had a great experience with the communications back and forth and the links were all verified before going live.

Unsure on this question. We worked with a very diligent team member who got the job done.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Outreach has provided good links and one link has outperformed all others to date, hence the return orders which in conjunction with the fee was a very easy decision to make.

Used google sheets to verify links and this worked very well with us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The fact we were approached cold and very rarely follow up on such marketing n this occasion it proved to be the correct decision.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The service provided was 90% the other 5% is follow ups which although present could have been a little more regular in chasing us to confirm content. The last 5% well no one gets 100% in my book ....

We hired Outreach Chimp to improve our Google USA ranking, with the aim to reach Page 1 for several keywords.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The company approached us and we checked out their website, their methods of working etc. The deciding factor was their quick response to my e-mails and support they provided in choosing the right SEO keywords for our business. I found this very helpful.

They placed 4 article-based back links for us on various websites.

Just one person, which is what I like, one line of communication.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We reached our goal! Within a few weeks we jumped from page 3 or further to page 1 in Google.com. For keywords such as 'orthotic sandals'. This is a great outcome as Google USA is very competitive, compared to Google Australia or Canada.

They were very straightforward and helpful at all times. They also offer great reporting!

Professionalism, communication and great overall customer service.

I can't see any areas for improvement. I will definitely use this company again in the near future for other projects.
