We held weekly planning sessions to monitor the advancements of our development.

The Director would later refuse to confirm the 4-month deadline assurance he made. The Sales Director refused to accept his recorded guarantee despite facing it directly. The proof of guarantee no longer received any reply from him. The project management team explained to me that server errors had created the deadline delay while work continued to extend toward May 2024 when I left Quytech for a lawyer to intervene.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The one beneficial aspect was their willingness to meet on a regular weekly basis. The team held regular meetings but they missed their deadline repeatedly while promising completion throughout the following month but it always extended to additional successive months.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Outbooks could have done differently?

Quality delivered poorly even after Skyquest spent extra months to complete the project requirements. Numerous times the app crashed but Skyquest continued the project extension despite my provided evidence until I chose to seek legal support.
