I’m a sales manager for NBK Travel & Tourism.

We needed help with digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ostrichess is assisting us with Facebook and Instagram marketing. They work on flyer design and other materials for those efforts. They run promotional efforts on Instagram for us, too.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with three people from their team.

How did you come to work with Ostrichess Branding and Marketing?

I’d worked with their director before, so I knew his capabilities. He was initially referred to me by a friend.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Ostrichess around a year ago in 2018, and our collaboration is ongoing. We’re looking to take the collaboration to the next level.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The promotional efforts on Instagram are going quite well. They provide good-quality services, they’re right on time or ahead of schedule, and they always give us suggestions on what needs to be done. We’re always given options in advance and this is why we’ve kept working with Ostrichess.

How did Ostrichess Branding and Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate through a WhatsApp group where there are 4–5 people from Ostrichess’ side. They send us emails for billing and other such matters. They always give us updates and deliver on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They always give us suggestions and come up with new ideas, which we appreciate. Also, we’re moving forward into our B2C channel, and we plan to have a long-term collaboration.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing at the moment.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I would recommend working with Ostrichess. They’re not too expensive, and they deliver good quality.
