Osiztechnologies Limited has helped us understand and add more information to our project to make it more efficient and adaptive to future technology. Initially, we had a written proposal with the background information, technicalities, and how we wanted the system to operate. Before deciding on the final product, we had several discussions with them. They helped us improve some areas to ensure it was compatible with what we wanted.

Then, they started the project from scratch. They’ve provided reports and done testing at every stage. They use PHP for custom software development. Also, they’ve helped us to maintain the system, ensuring it’s safe even after finishing development. Now, we’re in complete control of the platform, but we’re improving a few areas.

We’ve worked with five people from their team: a project manager, a development manager, a content creator, a UX/UI expert, and a backend expert.

We were looking for vendors on different platforms like Upwork. Also, we posted an ad. Some companies reached out to us, and we reached out to others. We shortlisted about 50 companies, but we ultimately decided to go with Osiztechnologies Limited because they resonated the most with us.

So far, we’ve spent between $5,000–$10,000 on the project.

What is the status of the engagement?

We began working on our project together in April 2021, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s been good so far. Currently, we’re reviewing the work they’ve done in the first phase so we can give them feedback. In general, the system has been partially audited and is almost complete. We’ll later be able to roll out the first phase into the market.

How did Osiztechnologies Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

Although they delivered the project a little late, they’ve been great with communication — we always have feedback in time. Also, they have a well-connected network. If we need anything that isn’t within their internal reach, they reach out to the resource externally and deliver the idea as required.

We communicate via Skype, Google Meet, Zoom, Email, and Telegram.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re highly reliable. The team is committed to delivering everything we request.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They must advise their clients about some platforms, especially the integrated APIs for email and servers for startup companies. Also, they should let their clients know the costs of these services so that it doesn’t shock them when they have to pay.

Any advice for potential customers?

You need to do your groundwork without relying on advice from social media. You also need a technical team who can understand and fast-track everything.

There should be a better understanding by the server team of what are the outcomes the client is looking for. Have more English speaking staff and server team so that they can connect the dots and cross the Ts

A Skype group was created at beginning of the project, and all the necessary people were added, we used phone calls in an emergency situation and their team did all necessary tasks as fast as possible.

You can trust these guys, and they have an amazing support team. Team members are very hard work and to their best as fast as possible to help and develop.

Not anything major, they are doing great.

We had a direct phone contact to the manager and entire team, this helps us to communicate more easier and clear and avoids any iterative attempts in projects also helps to complete project in deadline. Osiz has attractive office space, strong branding and social proved company.
