Operating Systems Inc. was founded in 1989 in Houston, Texas by two former systems engineers, trained and skilled in the Information Technology Industry. For our competitors, these two goals appear to be contradictory. OSi has achieved these goals by minimizing all expenses that do not directly serve the employee or customer. Our low overhead approach allows us to provide our clients with the best IT human resources available in at a much lower cost than our competitors.
