As the first and currently only architectural firm in Saint John, New Brunswick accredited with the passive house institute us (phius) consultant credential, osda occupies a unique place in the market, with a unique vision of 'zero is the goal. Phius is the means.'
With over ten years of canadian and international design experience, osda prides itself on its commitment to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. We offer a comprehensive range of architectural services with an unwavering focus on sustainability. Nilton Lin is a Canadian architect and Passive House consultant (PHIUS), as well as the founder of the Office for Sustainable Design Architecture (osda). With over a decade of local and international experience in architectural design, Nilton's expertise extends across a wide array of architectural types and scales. In addition to his architectural background, Nilton is also an accomplished photographer with years of experience under the name NF Pictures.
As a certified Passive House consultant, Nilton demonstrates his unwavering commitment to energy efficiency and environmental sustainability in building design.
