In 1995, Jim Ornelas set out to provide the best possible tax preparation services to the greater Sacramento area. He purchased a small office in Cameron Park, which he sold less than two years later. In 1997, he started another office, this time, in Sacramento, with the same goal of quality tax preparation, resulting in higher tax refunds, legally. The business has now expanded to include IRS problem resolution. This branch of the business is now known as Liberation Tax Relief.
