Origami HR

Origami HR is an HR consulting and coaching firm based in Burlington, Ontario, working with clients across Canada and beyond.

We support companies that have outgrown their current people practices but aren't ready for a full internal HR team, along with leaders who want to get better at the people side of their role. That work takes a few different shapes: fractional HR support on retainer, project-based engagements like building career frameworks or job descriptions, training and facilitation, and one-on-one leadership coaching.

Every engagement is built around where a company actually is right now, not a standard package. A 40-person dealership rolling out its first leadership development program needs something very different from a fast-growing tech company designing a career framework, and both deserve an approach that fits.

Our clients include organizations in automotive, transportation and logistics, health care, gaming, energy, and the public sector. Some work with us for a few weeks. Others have been on retainer since we opened our doors.

What stays consistent is the level of service. We're responsive, we're straightforward about what will and won't work, and we care about doing right by the people inside the organizations we support. Confidentiality and ethics matter, especially in coaching relationships where trust is the whole foundation.
