I am the Founder of EkoTurizem Viženčar

Describe what your company does in a single sentence.

We are a family-run accommodation in Krvavec, where we offer our guests comfortable accommodation, home-made local food and an authentic experience in the embrace of nature. We welcome guests who want to enjoy the mountains, good food and a personal, friendly atmosphere, regardless of whether they visit us for skiing, summer activities or simply a peaceful break. We want every stay at Viženčar to be authentic, relaxed and connected to the tradition of our family and the environment of Krvavec.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Oriential has revamped our existing WordPress website and improved the overall presentation of our offer. They have edited the structure and navigation of the site, the presentation of accommodation, home-made food, experiences and our location on Krvavec. They have updated outdated content, price lists, photos and galleries and improved the Slovenian and English versions of the website. They have also ensured better use on mobile devices, a clearer path to inquiry, contact forms and technical testing and a final review of the website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was successfully completed, and the cooperation continues with monthly management and maintenance of the website. The website is now more transparent, up-to-date and useful in Slovenian and English, information about accommodations and prices is organized, inquiry forms work, outdated content has been removed, and use on mobile devices is significantly better. We are satisfied with the result, so we decided to continue cooperation with Oriental in the long term and are discussing with them additional services for the development of our business.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project management was very good. Communication was fast and clear, they always responded to our wishes and also advised us when we ourselves did not know which solution would be the best. They carried out the agreed tasks reliably, and any corrections were quickly arranged. It was also very important to us that the cooperation did not end with the creation of the website. Today, Oriential continues to take care of our website on a monthly basis and we can contact them when we need changes or help. It is precisely because of their approach and responsiveness that we want to expand our cooperation with them.

What impressed me the most was their personal approach and the fact that they don't just look at a single task, but try to understand the whole business. When renovating the website, they not only carried out our wishes, but also advised us what would make sense for us and what would not. They are very responsive, flexible and ready to look for solutions even outside the original project. Because of this, today we see them not only as a website operator, but as a partner with whom we want to develop our business in the long term.

No, there's nothing I'd change. They are indeed the times, and I trust them.
