OrgStewards is an independent Salesforce consultancy based in Warsaw, Poland. We keep Salesforce working for growing companies that do not need, or cannot yet justify, a full-time in-house admin.
What we do: Salesforce administration on monthly plans (users, permissions, page layouts, fields, release updates and the small requests that pile up); reports, dashboards and KPIs that leadership actually opens; automation with Salesforce Flow (lead routing, approvals, follow-up tasks, renewals, notifications); data quality and migration from spreadsheets or another CRM; implementation of new features; and user training and adoption.
For bigger projects we provide Salesforce and data teams: certified developers, architects, admins and data analysts, managed by us with a single point of contact.
How we work: every engagement starts with a free 30-minute consultation and a written, tailored quote. Monthly plans have no commitment in the first month, then 30 days' notice. Only certified Salesforce specialists work on client orgs, and every change is reviewed and documented.
We work in English and Polish, in your business hours across EMEA, APAC and the Americas.
