I am the founder and CTO of a startup providing B2B software and services.

We hired OrangeSites to develop a traditional marketing website for a B2B SaaS company. This included implementing a new Brand Logo Look and feel as well as the Wordpress setup, SEO, security, hosting, and integration with our CRM.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

OrangeSites was always very responsive and provided great communication. They understood our marketing needs and worked flexibly around some of the specific business requirements we had for this kind of website.

As we are a small company with a very traditional site, this was a straightforward project, but I would emphasize that OrangeSites has enough experience that you don't have to manage them very much. There were no long discovery meetings because they were familiar with the conventions for this type of site selling B2B software.

We worked directly with their GM as the lead for this project.

The team delivered the project on time and on budget of course. More than that, several customers and colleagues complemented it and asked who we worked with.

They were always very responsive and turned urgent requests around very quickly.

This agency is perfect for small to medium size businesses that need a credible agency to develop a brand presence for major customers. In our case, we work with top enterprise companies that do not want to work with sketchy, shoestring businesses. OrangeSites helped establish us as a credible brand in the market.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything went very smoothly.
