They're also assisting us with front- and backend development. On top of that, the team is providing UI/UX design services. The team has completed our platform, and they continue to create new features.

We're working with six individuals including a business analyst, front- and backend developer, lead developer, and mobile developer.

We've launched our product on time, and we've met the schedule we had set — that has been the biggest metric they've achieved. Thanks to their support, we have multiple third-party stakeholders that are using our platform and their response has been fantastic. Moreover, the team has been able to keep up with how fast we're releasing new features.
Our team is extremely happy with OptiSol Business Solutions. Whenever we communicate an issue or an idea to them, they get on that particular topic right off the gate, and they provide us with solutions in due time.
How did OptiSol Business Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
They have a good project management workflow. We collaborate using email, but Slack has been our main communication tool.
Working together has been a learning curve, but once we've been able to get our rhythm, we've established a perfect system to manage each other. More importantly, we have teamwork, and as a result, the engagement has been flowing pretty smoothly.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The value that they've provided through their expertise has been impressive. They have the skills in designing and developing our platform.
On top of that, they're experienced in deploying the platform on multiple levels, and they've helped us run analytics. Overall, they've been a full-service partner and that has helped us get off the ground in a pretty quick manner.

No, I don’t think they could've done anything differently. They know what to expect at any point — they're always ahead of the game.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have your goals and expectations finalized before you start your project. That way, OptiSol Business Solutions can be more efficient in delivering solutions. In our case, since we didn't have a refined idea of our project, we've ended up changing the scope a few times which may have impacted the overall process.
