OptiBee is an AI automation consultancy based in Manchester, working with businesses across the UK.

We help operations-heavy small and mid-sized businesses become AI-first. Not with strategy decks and big promises, but with AI systems that run in production and save real hours every week.

Most engagements start with an AI Audit from £2,500. Over two weeks we get into your actual systems, talk to your team, and find where AI saves the most time and money. You walk away with a prioritised list of opportunities and a costed build roadmap, so you know what each one is worth before committing to anything. If you go ahead with a build, we credit 20% of the build fee back against the audit.

Builds typically run £5,000 to £15,000 and are quoted up front from that roadmap. We build custom AI agents and workflow automations around the tools you already use. Email triage, document and invoice processing, reporting, client communication drafts, and internal systems that connect software that was never designed to talk to each other.

We work with service and operations businesses in recruitment, accounting, legal, construction, renewable energy and marketing, typically between 5 and 100 people.

Every client works directly with the founder, Toby Remond. No handoffs, no account managers, no diluted communication.
