• Build and reliably run the company's internal DevOps and network infrastructure so it could deliver its own services at a high quality level. The partnership started with joint support of a major shared end client and continued as ongoing support and development of the company's own infrastructure.

- Implementation and support of kubernetis - Migration and support of Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) products "to earth" (its facilities in the same kubernetis) 
- Deployment of the company's cloud infrastructure in Yandex Cloud and other data centers, migration of "iron" servers to the cloud - Setting up network connectivity between various company services, access control, implementation of SSO (access control system and authentication)

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All company needs now run reliably, enabling required service quality. The network is code-based and redeployable within an hour after disaster; all changes go through transparent Git workflows, and a regularly tested DR plan is in place.

We highly appreciate the professionalism of our colleagues and their willingness to help. There were many moments when we went out to discuss our needs without understanding the final implementation, and colleagues could quickly turn an abstract technical task into specific technologies.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Separately, I would note the very professional communication of colleagues and the handling of objections. Even in times of difficult incidents, we were always aware of the current actions being taken and the expected completion time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something OpsCover could have done differently?

I would like to see colleagues expand their competencies towards a local (non-cloud) infrastructure, since not all solutions can be hosted in the cloud.
