Opexcell

Opexcell builds custom AI automation for law firms and other operations-heavy businesses. We automate intake, document and mail processing, client communication, and deadline tracking inside the systems a firm already runs (deepest experience with Clio), using custom code rather than fragile no-code tools. Our longest-running client is a Social Security Disability firm whose back office largely runs on our systems: about 160 automations carrying roughly 1,962 hours of work a month, the output of a dozen full-time staff. Every build ships with logging, failure alerts, and human escalation, and the client owns all of it: the code, the accounts, and the documentation. Projects are priced on a measurable outcome written into the agreement. If the automation does not hit it, you do not pay.
