• Continuing the digital transformation, robota.ua needed to expand storage capabilities, simplify the administration of this content, and reduce the cost of purchasing, maintaining, and administering server equipment, as well as provide accessibility and flexibility in communication for employees. The company chose OntargIT as a service provider to implement Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Power BI and Microsoft Azure. As a result of this partnership, robota.ua was able to meet targeted goals - reducing the purchasing and maintenance costs, freeing up resources, universalizing employees' experience, and getting a scalable parallel data processing tool for more efficient and faster workflows.

OntargIT seamlessly transitioned our on-premises data to Azure, significantly boosting our data processing speeds and workflow efficiency. With OntargIT's guidance, we adopted Microsoft as our main platform, unifying our data exchange and storage on Microsoft Exchange and Office 365. This decision has enabled seamless access to documents and mail for our team, regardless of their location or device.

I'm a Project Manager in a subsidiary unit of Bogdan Corporation, this unit provides IT support to entire corporation. Corporation itself is a country-wide dealer, distributor and manufacturer of different brands of vehicles.

One of companies, Hyundai Motor Ukraine, made a request to implement a product based on a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. We hired OntargIT to help us with implementation phase and ongoing development phase.

Our first contractor failed this project completely, so we hired OntragIT instead.

After the first contractor failed to produce a viable product, we decided to start fresh with OntargIT. We conducted a research to determine a scope of features, with help form OntargIT made a new product from ground up, and them implemented this product into dealership network of Hyundai Motor Ukraine. Currently we are regularly add new features to our product, using OntargIT expertise in Microsoft Dynamics tools.

We have an account manager to solve any non-technical question. For any development requests we have Team Lead with team of 4 different technical specialists: 2 Technical specialists, Power BI specialist, DevOps specialist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We automated 34 dealerships using our product, making reservation/buyout/sale processes unified and standardised. We also built a new reporting/monitoring system to control sales plans, dealerships stocks and sales to end customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used Skype to chat and video conferences, all our requests were processed within agreed time span. We also had a couple live meetings in our office to discuss important milestones of our project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were really grateful for their flexibility to our needs as a customer. Also, genuine thoughtfulness for our product and our business well-being.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There's nothing that can be improved in our relationships given current project parameters.

I'm the head of Renovate, a charity that operates in railway stations in Kyiv, Ukraine. We do volunteer jobs for humanitarian aid and provide services like food and medicine distribution.

We needed help creating an ERP system for our warehouse.

What was the scope of their involvement?

OntargIT provided us with ERP consulting and development services. They built our ERP system and implemented Microsoft Dynamics solutions to address our needs. First, I contacted the project lead and described to him our main requirements. They then planned the whole project, and we implemented improvements to our warehouse together.

Their services were pro bono, and we didn't incur any expenses.

We worked together from February–April 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The system was functional, and it allowed us to monitor all our supplies in the warehouse. Our requirements were achieved, and OntargIT's work saved us time.

How did OntargIT perform from a project management standpoint?

OntargIT was great at project management. They communicated well within their team and only asked me questions about issues they couldn't solve by themselves. My involvement was minimal, which was what I preferred.

We had face-to-face meetings with their project manager and used Microsoft Teams to communicate.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

OntargIT achieved their targets. I described my goals, and they delivered exactly what I needed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything. I enjoyed working with OntargIT.

You should be involved in the process and understand their needs so they can implement correctly.

We used to keep data about quantity and movement of warehouse stocks in usual tables. Routine work took away valuable time of managers and did not give exact results. With the help of two OntargIT specialists, 10 volunteers within 2 weeks quickly learned how to use the system and successfully connected to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations on April 8.

Now managers have access to an online platform, which on the one hand have up-to-date data on product balances, and on the other - accounting for existing needs with the status of their processing. All information is in a secure Microsoft cloud.
