I am the owner of a luxury leather products brand. We design sustainably sourced products that are made to last.

For what projects/services did your company hire Onik Lab?

We hired Onik Labs to audit and design our brands email marketing touch points. Since they are experts in their field, they were able to develop targeted flows and automated sequences for new customers, existing customers and prospective buyers.

How did you select Onik Lab and what were the deciding factors?

Onik Labs came highly recommended from someone who we have worked closely with. We also checked their reviews and compared them with other content/email marketing companies.

The entire project was seamless. Starting from the kick off meeting, Onik Labs team asked targeted questions to understand our situation and aspirations. Then they clearly communicated the next steps, the key project milestones and how they work.

The communication was quick, proactive and clear. The quality of the work produced was beautiful. We used Slack at the primary tool for communication.

We directly worked with the project manager who then managed the internal organisational resources. The single point of contact for communication made it easy.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The immediate results have been promising. Our email marketing revenue has jumped to 40% of the total revenue. It has added to our branding and strengthened our premium brand positioning.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was effective. Each step of the process was communicated in a timely fashion beforehand and then upon completion. Once completed, feedback was sought and implemented.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They communication was clear and quality of work was superb. The entire project was completed within the communicated timeline. They had a great work ethic and high-quality work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The testing of flows was confusing at first but once communicated, this was managed well.

I'm the founder of Healthybud. A Canadian pet wellness brand helping dogs live better and longer by introducing powerful, unique healing foods to their diet. With the help of vets, nutritionists and renowned universities healthybud is reinventing the pet pantry through powerful dog nutrition.

We hired Onik Lab to improve our email marketing channel from the looks of the email campaigns and copy and more. We were looking to improve our email marketing metrics. Increasing open rates and conversion rates. We were also looking to improve deliverability of our emails.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Onik Lab was introduced to me from my Ad Agency. I already had worked with one of the employees

Onik Lab “re-vamped” my emails sent to subscribers. They created several “flows”, and helped me strategize “sales”, discounts, etc.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The emails have been successful in increasing sales, for my regular customers, as well as prompting new conversions

We have a meeting once a month. It’s been great working together with them. They have been so helpful in helping me strategize.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I liked the fact that they also work together with my ad agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don’t know of anything they could do differently. I like that they listen to what I ask them to promote, and we support each other together.
