    Every project follows a structured five-stage process designed to deliver results efficiently and without surprises. Discovery — We begin by understanding the client's business, target audience, goals and brand identity. This informs every decision made throughout the build. Demo & Approval — Before any formal commitment, we build a working demo of the website so the client can see exactly what they're getting. Once approved we move into the full build. Build & Review — The full website is developed within 7 days. Clients receive preview links at key milestones to review progress and provide feedback, with all revisions actioned promptly. Launch — Once the client is satisfied with the final build, we connect the domain, run full QA testing across mobile and desktop, and publish the site live. Ongoing Support — Post-launch, clients are enrolled in our retainer programme for continued maintenance, updates and strategic support.
