OneKind Agency is a Cairo based marketing agency, founded in 2019, serving brands in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Our specialty is mobile app growth. We take apps from install to paying user, running acquisition, creative, tracking and lifecycle marketing as one team. We judge every campaign on cost per active user, not cost per install.
In 2024 we took an Egyptian fintech app to 1 million registered users in 9 months, 3 months ahead of plan, while cutting its customer acquisition cost by about 43%. New users reached a 38% first time activation rate, and 30% of users inactive for more than 6 months came back and made a transaction.
What makes us different: our performance team leads the creative. Content and design are built from ad data and tested before launch. For the fintech app, that meant more than 200 A/B and multivariate tests and 25 need based video cutdowns.

Our founders come from performance marketing and startups, including one of Egypt's first grocery delivery startups.
