One and O

1&O is a behavioural science led marketing agency based in Mumbai, India. Founded in 2020, we work with ambitious brands across AI and emerging tech, D2C, consumer products, FMCG and hospitality to build marketing strategies that actually move people.

Most agencies start with content. We start with psychology. Our proprietary MAPS Framework maps founder and buyer psychology, defines the right audience, positions the brand in their world, and builds a strategy that gets iterated until it works. The result is marketing that does not just look good but genuinely influences how people think, feel and choose.

We have grown at 160% CAGR over five years, built entirely on the same methods we use to grow our clients. Our work spans brand identity, social media strategy, paid performance marketing, content production, commercial shoots and influencer collaboration.

We work with a small number of clients at a time because that is the only way to do justice to each one. Our clients range from early stage funded startups to established brands with serious marketing budgets, across India and internationally.
