One Media Society

One Media Society is a Miami marketing agency working with hospitality, wellness and design-forward brands — restaurants, hotels, fitness and pilates studios, and lifestyle businesses.

We are deliberately narrow. Most agencies sell volume: a number of posts per month, a number of stories per week. That is a production schedule, not a strategy. We build the system underneath — how a brand sounds, what it looks like, who carries it, and how any of it turns into a booking.

Services span brand strategy, website design, social media management, content production, influencer marketing, email, SEO and paid media. Experiential work — gatherings, brand activations and retreats — runs under our sub-brand In Good Company.

We report on outcomes rather than reach, and we publish our numbers. At a creator activation we produced for Beau Monde Pilates and Stakt at Fontainebleau Miami Beach in April 2026, 22 of 23 attendees posted, producing 30+ pieces of organic content at a 2.2% average engagement rate with zero paid spend. The highest engagement rate of the day came from a creator with roughly 12,000 followers, not the largest account in the room.

That last detail is the thesis: cast for engagement, not reach. It is also why we distinguish combined creator following from achieved reach in every report we write, rather than quoting the flattering number.

Engagements are scoped per brand rather than sold as fixed packages. The lowest-commitment starting point is The Advisory, a $750/month strategic retainer providing direction without execution.
