BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I work for the Christ for All Nations Ministry, which is located in Orlando, Florida. We also have international offices all around the world. ’m the web manager for the US office.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Omnia Digital?

Our ministry decided to establish a boot camp or a school of ministry, so we needed to build a Salesforce-connected website. Since our own developers didn’t have the time to do it themselves, we hired Omnia Digital.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Omnia Digital helped set up the website for our boot camp, which happens twice a year. They connected that to our CMS and Salesforce system, making it so that we could accept student applications and payments both for the tuition and for the immersion trips. 

Omnia Digital also developed a credentialing website that pushes information from the applications to the Salesforce system. Through this website, we could certify students who have completed the boot camp courses.

What is the team composition?

We worked with Josh (Owner) and his assistant. We also had 2–3 developers dedicated to the project.

How did you come to work with Omnia Digital?

They were selected by the previous web manager of our office. When I inherited the position, though, I had already been working with Josh on some testing and troubleshooting tasks. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent up around $200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from January 2019–January 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were very satisfied with the work that Omnia Digital has done. Even with all the changes and new information, they did their best to learn everything quickly.

How did Omnia Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

The project manager was very helpful and the whole team was easy to communicate with. They were responsive and could adapt quickly to changes. There were times when certain tasks took longer than expected, but they were overall very good at meeting deadlines. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I liked the way that they helped us solve even the issues that we didn’t see. As developers, they brought in different ideas to make our website better. Their attitude was always pleasant, which made them a pleasure to work with. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really. We were happy with the way the project was managed. I would recommend that they get more experience so that they can secure more clients in the future. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Provide Omnia Digital with as much information as possible to help them see the whole scenario. This way, they’ll also be able to advise the best solution. Be sure to set up the best communication system with the team as well because the most important thing is being able to share ideas, details, and feedback.
