Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of work focused on improving our visibility across AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI and Perplexity through GEO, AEO and SEO. Key deliverables included researching relevant search topics, creating optimized articles and publishing them directly to the journal section of our Shopify store, as well as optimizing our website and content to increase the likelihood of our brand and products being surfaced in relevant AI-generated searches and recommendations.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As an incredibly niche brand serving a very small cultural demographic, the results have been significant for us. We achieved 109 successful AI search appearances across tracked AI search prompts.

Prior to working with Omni, we were seeing approximately one sale from AI-referred traffic every three to six months, and we’re now beginning to see one to two per month, representing a several-fold increase.

We’ve also started seeing a new type of customer finding us through AI, with people outside the Assyrian community searching for culturally relevant gifts for Assyrian friends and loved ones. This has allowed us to reach an audience we previously struggled to reach through traditional social media marketing. 
The quality of the work has been consistently high. The content and deliverables have been well researched, highly relevant to our niche, and clearly created with our specific audience and goals in mind rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management and communication have been incredible. They use direct messaging alongside email, which made the entire experience feel much more accessible and personal. It genuinely felt like having our own strategist on demand, with someone we could reach out to directly whenever we had a question or needed guidance. Important updates and results were communicated by email and followed up through messaging, which meant nothing was missed. Even with the time difference, they were incredibly responsive, and everything was delivered on time.
Everything has been delivered on time, and communication has been incredibly prompt. Having direct access through messaging as well as email made a huge difference, as we could reach out with questions or concerns and receive a response quickly. We never felt like we had to chase them for an update. Like many businesses, we’re conscious of costs, particularly in the current economic climate. Omni seemed to genuinely understand that and were very transparent about where our money was best spent. There was never any pressure to add unnecessary services or spend more than we needed to, which we really appreciated.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was how transparent and realistic they were about expectations from the beginning. We were extremely hesitant because our brand operates within such a small and specific cultural niche, and although we came to Omni through a referral who spoke very highly of them, we were still somewhat sceptical about what could realistically be achieved. We had spoken with several other AEO/GEO providers who promised the world and were very focused on upselling, but Omni Ecplise never tried to oversell what they could do. They were straightforward about what was realistic, explained their strategy clearly, and then delivered. They completely put our initial concerns to rest, and that approach was incredibly refreshing! The quality has exceeded our expectations, particularly given how niche our market is. If you operate in a very niche industry and are hesitant about whether GEO and AI search optimization can genuinely deliver results for your business, we would highly recommend reaching out to them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Omni Eclipse could have done differently?

We’ve had discussions with much larger companies that, on first impression, can seem more impressive simply because of their size and presence. However, working with Omni has shown us that this doesn’t necessarily translate into a better experience. The level of communication, attention and results we’ve received has exceeded our expectations, and at this stage, there genuinely isn’t anything we would change about the way they work.  We would recommend Omni without hesitation, and if anyone considering working with them would like to hear about our experience as a niche e-commerce business, we’d be more than happy to share it!
