We have a kickoff meeting to go through on the product and codebase. Before every sprint starts, the team will go through on what is the goal of the sprint and what we hope to achieve.

We are able to roll out our features based on our product roadmap on time.

We have daily standup either via on Slack or Google Meet, we have a sprint planning to kick off the sprint, mid-sprint review and a sprint demo to showcase what they have built.

They are results-driven, and they understand the pain points of startups. Being a startup company, timeline and product roadmap will always have some uncertainties, they are able to work with us to help us meet our goals.

We have one change of an engineer in the middle of the project, because the engineer wasn't suitable, they were quick to react on the replacement thou.

After developing the beautiful app we’ve moved one big step further to launching our main product. For now it’s too early to say about the outcomes, but we already have several pre-orders and the availability of the application is very supportive here.
