The work was highly professional and visually engaging, demonstrating a strong sense of creativity. What stood out most was how well the designs reflected our goals—they didn’t just look good, they served a clear purpose and communicated our message effectively.

Are there any areas for improvement or something OKAD could have done differently?

One area for improvement could be more regular communication around project status. It would be great to receive consistent updates on what's been completed, any blockers, and especially if there are delays—an explanation of why timelines are shifting. This kind of transparency would help us stay aligned and manage expectations more effectively on our side.

We worked with Olga and her team as contractors on a large project, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The main goal was to create high-quality video content for social media that would actually perform.

They helped us build a full content strategy, sourced and managed UGC creators, came up with good concepts, found great references, and communicated with the creators. They made sure the ideas were understood and executed well, and handled the whole production process.

The task wasn’t small :) we needed a big volume of content, and each video had to reach between 2000 - 30000 views. OKAD hit that target with every single piece!

They also took care of editing, subtitles, brand integration, and performance analytics — everything was covered, and we didn't have to worry about anything, cause the agency was leading the entire process.

The content was tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and their support with SMM and content strategy was on point.

Overall, working with Olga felt like having an in-house team that just got it. Super professional, super efficient. Highly recommend!!

Success was measured by the number of creators engaged and the quality of content produced. Key indicators included reaching viewership targets (2,000 to 30,000 views) and assessing video engagement, including editing quality, subtitle clarity, and brand consistency.

The project management was super solid. Even though there were lots of feedback rounds and quite a bit of back-and-forth (as expected with a big content project), they stayed patient and professional throughout.

Everything was delivered right on time, without us ever having to chase or remind them. They kept the whole process smooth and easy to follow. Always clear about timelines, updates, and next steps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What really impressed us about OKAD was how skilled they are — everything they delivered was super high quality and felt very on point. They didn’t just do what we asked; they often went above and beyond, adding extra value and little touches that really made the difference.

They also brought some really cool suggestions to the table during the project. A few of those ideas were so good we ended up implementing them, and they actually improved the overall result. It’s always great to work with a team that not only nails the execution but also contributes creatively.

Are there any areas for improvement or something OKAD could have done differently?

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. The whole process with the agency was smooth, professional, and enjoyable.
