We didn’t have in-house UX developers and needed help on that part.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Octet Design Studio starts by collecting our requirements, and we give them a high-level overview of what we need. Their UX designers then apply their creative freedom to draw what our company needs. They come up with high-level wireframes in the beginning and after that, they proceed with developing the designs using Adobe.

Once they come up with the designs, we either approve those designs or ask the team to revise them. Their work also involves designing all the screens for us. Then, when everything’s okay, we demo their work to our clients. After our clients approve the design, we continue the backend development work in-house.

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact is Aakash (Creative Director). We’ve also worked with their developers and project manager.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in May 2017, and it’s ongoing. Our recent project has been completed last October 2021.

The project management is done from our side. We communicate through Google Hangouts and Whatsapp. For one of our projects, we’ve also used Slack. For designing, we previously used InVision, but we’re now utilizing Adobe.
