NYC Corporate Sound provides full-service, staffed audiovisual production and technical support for corporate meetings, conferences, presentations, hybrid and livestreamed events, galas, nonprofit programs, private events and live performances.
Our services include professional sound reinforcement, wireless microphones, digital mixing, presentation video support, televisions, projectors and LED displays, livestreaming, hybrid-event production, stage and event lighting, equipment setup, on-site operation and breakdown. We also provide troubleshooting and technical support for installed commercial AV systems.
We serve New York City, Westchester County, Long Island, Northern New Jersey, Stamford, Greenwich and surrounding areas. NYC Corporate Sound is a managed AV-production company—not a dry equipment-rental service. Every project includes professional technical planning and operation.
Managed event services start at $1,500. Commercial AV troubleshooting service calls start at $595.

NYC Corporate Sound is led by founder Jay Salter, an experienced audio and event-production professional. Jay personally oversees client communication, technical planning, equipment selection and production quality. For each project, he assembles qualified audio, video, lighting and livestream technicians as needed. This flexible crew model provides the right expertise for every event, while Jay remains the primary point of contact from planning through setup, operation and breakdown.
