We are developing a masterplaned community of 118 houses with park and recreational facilities, north of Bucharest, Romania. I am the managing partner of the company developing the project.

We needed web and graphic design for our project at a time when brand identity was still in discussion.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Robert, from Nuova Digital, managed to delivery modern, good-looking design, but really amased me for having a logical explanation concerning user experience for every design decision he made.

Describe the engagement and overall scope of work in detail, including the stages of the partnership.

Our collaboration with Robert spans several months now. We alaways start with a design brief for the work we need to be done. Then Robert submits first drafts in Figma. After our feedback and required changes, Robert finishes the design to be implemented by IT.

I enjoy that each written feedback from us is followed up by Robert with a quicker or longer zoom meeting for better clarifications and ideas.

Nuova Digital is charging us per job to be done regarding our web and graphic design needs.

Many people that see our website like the professional, sleek and clean look it has.

We send design brief documents by email, meet over zoom meetings, use Figma to see Nuova Digital work and give feedback and occasionally chat with Robert over whatsapp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I liked that Robert has a very good eye for modern, clean design and that he thinks its design work starting from user interaction with our website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had a short misunderstanding laying between IT and design, regarding how design looks on a specific screen resolution. Maybe a better communication between Nuova and our IT guy was welcomed. But, Robert acted very friendly and helped us redesign for that screen resolution.
