I’m the communications director of ACE Resource Network, a nonprofit organization.We’re a national organization advancing a bold vision to make the prevention, early detection, and evidence-based treatment of toxic stress a standard part of healthcare practice in the US.

Branding for our new organization. Our vision was branding that conveyed collaboration and warm, while also demonstrating the seriousness and academic rigor of an organization focused on adverse childhood experiences and toxic stress.

Numinous Agency designed our organization's branding, including our logo and brand guide. They also created editable templates for our projects, including fact sheets, issue briefs, newsletters, social media, video, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Numinous Agency went above and beyond our expectations. Their work was well received by everyone in our organization. We received positive responses from staff and leadership within our organization, as well as from our partners we collaborate with. Not only did everyone love the design, but they found the templated materials easy to use and an excellent branding guide to refer to.

How did Numinous Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Numinous Agency met all the deadlines established for this project, which was a fast turnaround. They had excellent project management. They were on time and able to do several components of the work ahead of schedule. We communicated via email and messaging apps, as well as virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their design skills were top-notch. They were good listeners and were able to capture our vision for the branding. We also found that our branding was unique. We wanted to ensure that we didn't look like everyone else out there. Numinous Agency accomplished a brand for our organization that was unique to us.

We engaged Numinous to holistically elevate our brand identity, in addition to various supporting materials, including presentation and social media post templates and a landing page. The brand identity work included a comprehensive visual identity system that included a logo (icon and wordmark), color palette, visual devices, and the integration and implementation of these across various applications.

Our executive team was incredibly impressed by Numinous's work. We felt that it properly captured our brand and the company's next chapter.
