What challenge were you trying to address with Nucleon Security?

We needed help with cybersecurity integration for our customer identity platform. We also wanted to provide a private cloud for some of our customers. The majority of our customers are banks.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We work with Nucleon Security for all the cybersecurity integration. We have a contract with them to work on the extension of our platform. We want to go to the public cloud especially for the digital signatures.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent €60,000 (approximately $71,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2019 and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It was very good. We’re very satisfied with their integration. The platform is very intuitive.

How did Nucleon Security perform from a project management standpoint?

Nucleon Security did all the work in one month and it only took one resource from our side. Their project management was great. All of the communication was secure and encrypted.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They integrated natively in the platform. We also used the same technology in the digital signature and on our side. I know technically how it works and I’m satisfied with the results.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They have a good roadmap but they could accelerate the implementation of the road map.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Nucleon Security offers a very good solution for security.
