We're impressed by how organized and professional they are the whole time. How pleasant they are to work with - very friendly the whole time, but efficient with their time and ours. Even when we are disorganised ourselves (which must be annoying for them) they don't show it

The average salary ranges for a mid engineer which we got from Ntiativ before we started, and which we budgeted for, were on the low side ($55K). We have ended up paying more than that for the mids in almost every case

We used Ntiative IT Recruitment to find and hire software developers and data engineers for our office in Krakow. We were short on time to meet project deadlines and also limited to certain salary ranges.

We received multiple candidates in a short timeframe, all were suitable for the roles we were looking to fill, which was impressive considering the labour market and the salary constraints. Ntiative IT Recruitment worked professionally without the typical HR fluff. Ntiative was very precise regarding who to bring forward for review and worked to understand our business and specific needs, establishing a great partnership with our organisation.
