I’m a director of Get Tinted Windows, a construction company. We install solar panels and security window films in the Greater New Orleans area.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ntagonist built our entire website from scratch. We wanted to rank in the top 5 among our competitors in local rankings and have solid leads coming in through digital marketing. We also wanted to solidify our expertise online and impart a strong sense of our brand.

They created amazing animations and interactions and developed landing pages for all the areas we service. Ntagonist also provided top-notch SEO and linked our website with our CRM. The team now provides website maintenance, SEO, and PPC services.

How did you come to work with Ntagonist?

We found Ntagonist through a referral. Their website was on point with branding, and the team seemed very knowledgeable.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website ranked on the first page locally within 45 days of launching. We’ve also had a 5x ROI within two months with Google Ads and local SEO. Ntagonist has also done GMB optimization, which has helped us.

We measure ROI by comparing the money we spend with them versus the amount of clients that come from the website and ads. We also track calls from the website and leads filling out appointment requests. We get about 60 leads a month.

How did Ntagonist perform from a project management standpoint?

Ntagonist has been on time and very patient with us. We communicate in person, through phone calls, and via email. We also use Zoom calls for site updates at the end of the month.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Ntagonist has a brilliant team that is creative and knowledgeable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any.
