The main deliverable per engagement was a polished, publication-ready infographic with research and copy included, backed by their distribution support.NowSourcing also handled revisions. They worked with us through feedback rounds on each infographic until we were happy with the final version, adjusting the design, copy, and data presentation as needed. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The clearest outcome was a steady library of publication-ready infographics we used across our properties and campaigns over the years. Those assets consistently picked up social shares and referral traffic when published, and their distribution added new referring domains with each campaign. Rankings and organic traffic on the properties benefited over time. But the most telling measure of success is simply that we kept coming back: multiple engagements over several years because the quality and turnaround stayed reliable.Each infographic reliably brought a batch of new referring domains through NowSourcing's distribution, and the graphics picked up shares and referral visits whenever we published them. We tracked results at the property level rather than per asset, so the numbers blended into our broader SEO reporting. The pattern was consistent enough that we never questioned the value: every engagement moved the needle.In the months after each campaign, we saw rankings improve for keyword clusters related to the infographic topics, and the properties hosting them gained organic traffic. The new referring domains lifted overall domain strength, which helped beyond just the infographic pages. Since our broader SEO work ran in parallel, I can't isolate exact attribution, but the timing was consistent: link velocity from NowSourcing's distribution was regularly followed by upward movement.The impact compounded. Each infographic was a one-time deliverable, but the links and brand visibility kept working long after the campaigns ended. Some of those graphics still circulate and earn mentions years later. For a content-driven business like ours, that kind of durable asset is exactly what we were paying for, and it's why NowSourcing stayed a repeat vendor for us over so many years.

That level of consistent, hands-on attention over years of working together was rare, and it was the main reason we kept coming back.

Are there any areas they could improve?

More proactive reporting on where each infographic landed after distribution would have been a nice touch, so we could see the full picture of placements without asking. But that's a minor point across years of otherwise seamless work. The core product, communication, and delivery were consistently strong, and we never had an engagement that left us disappointed.

In December 2023, Nowsourcing produced an infographic to accompany a new site launch. A more granular breakdown of the strategy would have allowed us to better grasp the intricacies of the process and align our expectations more effectively. However, it's important to note that this suggestion is offered with the understanding that the overall success of the project speaks volumes about NowSourcing's capabilities, and we view this as a constructive opportunity for improvement in future collaborations.

People were impressed with NowSourcing’s work. Our client was extremely pleased with the infographic; it was even called out as something unique and innovative when we used it in proposals. For context, infographics weren’t popular back then, so it was great for us to be on the leading edge with NowSourcing, which was truly on top of the project. 

Overall, they created a truly sharp infographic that we were able to use in our project. We were able to use it in other projects, too. We put it in some reports and deliverables in some projects; our team also used it in proposals and marketing materials. It had the right look and feel, and it conveyed information quickly. Users could glance at it and understand what it was about.

Their project management was outstanding. They were super proactive and customer-focused, and we had an amazing experience. We mainly communicated with them via email and phone.

Because of that, their first draft was close to exactly what we wanted, and they needed to do only minimal rework and edits.

Be prepared. NowSourcing can offer plenty of strategies and ideas if you’re not sure what you want. However, the more prepared you are to give them the information they need, the better quality their work will be. It’s a two-way street. That said, they can design something that’s going to get you where you want to go if they understand what you want to communicate and what end result you want.

I love infographics and the powerful way they can tell a story and connect emotionally with the reader. I have hired Brian and NowSourcing several times over the years. Most recently at Acronis from February - May 2020 as well as a series of B2B / cloud pieces from 2012 - 2014 for ProfitBricks. 

NowSouring was tapped to come up with a series of infographic campaigns to attract both media and SEO benefits to an otherwise confusing, crowded and complex B2B technology space. NowSourcing was readily available and moved the projects forward in a nimble manner from stage to stage. From the research phase, it was handed off to the design stage. 

Once designed, projects were then QA’d and implemented. Once the projects were live, the promotions team took over project management and provided a weekly update. Once projects were finished, we were provided a recap of media placements and quantifiable results.

Regarding features and functionality, I used the first website to offer nutrition counseling and promote my services. Meanwhile, the second website was a bit different. I put blogs and articles on it from a magazine. NowSourcing created a sliding function to make it easier for users to see what was on the website. 

Moreover, their team also handled designed work. I gave them all the necessary information and some pictures, and they developed some graphics for the website. The designs for both websites were done from scratch, too. They also did hosting and maintenance for the websites.
