The Client hereby engages the Developer and the Developer hereby agrees to be engaged by the Client to develop the Software in accordance with the signed and agreed specifications attached hereto the product requirements. Specifications document:

• The Developer shall complete the development of the Software according to the milestones described. In accordance with such milestones. 
• For a period of 1 month and 2 Weeks after delivery of the final product, the Developer shall provide the Client attention to answer any questions or assist solving any problems with regard to the operation of the Software.
• Developer shall provide maintenance services only to the application features that was defined on requirement specifications document upon client request. 
• The Developer agrees to respond to any reasonable request for assistance made by the Client through proper communication channel regarding the Software within 24 hours of the request. 
• Except as expressly provided in this Software Development Agreement, the Client shall not be obligated under this Agreement to provide any other support or assistance to the Developer. 
• The Client may terminate this Software Development Agreement at any time upon material breach of the terms herein and failure to cure such a breach within one week of notification of such a breach.
• The Developer shall provide to the Client after the Delivery Date, a cumulative 3 days 2 hours per day training with respect to the operation of the Software if requested by the Client.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

So Far, Failure!!! They couldnt deliver the functioning Website or App even after full payment. The Website and App had very bad user experience,a simple registration process of a user was not working.After months of going up and down promising fixing ,they absconded the project without even hadling over the source documents,passowords or anaything,.

Never!! Communication was bad. The owner/founder left the project tothe team member ,and no communication from him.Even after several email,whats up messages noresponse.If the owner of company dont take calls or answer messages to respond to quaries,then howcan the team member deliver the job throughly?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everything they said was a lie. The Office is a lie; they are not in the location mentioned, and neither does that office complex know anything about them.The only form of communication is the phone number which after taking the money,they switch off.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nougat Technologies could have done differently?

Improve their Company Structure and Communication Hire Team Member with cAPABALITIES tohandle the Project.The Errors that took them 6 monthstobe fixed,they were fixed by another junior developer in one week . Be proffesional

We wanted to connect customers and food vendors.

We searched online for App developers the we choose them based on good communication and past projects.

We had a consistency online meeting discussing our goals and they started designing our app then full development, Every two weeks they shared updates on time until the completion of time.

Excellent to work with. What it took people days and weeks to compile he made within hours Yeuni helped me with the wireframe project in no time (few hours). He asks good questions to clarify the tasks and modifies his work promptly. It is a real pleasure to working with Nougat.

Project manager Yeuni was great and easy to communicate.

Nougat Technologies is extremely responsive and completes work as required and within the estimated time. I’m very pleased and will be giving them iOS development job asap!!
