I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with Noticeable as an industry partner, bringing more than 20 years of executive search and recruitment experience to the relationship and providing feedback and insight as the platform has continued to evolve. What has impressed me is the thought and depth behind the product. Noticeable understands that a strong resume isn’t simply about formatting or keywords — it’s about uncovering a candidate’s real value proposition and ensuring their accomplishments, capabilities and impact come through clearly. The platform does this extremely well. It produces an excellent, highly usable resume, while also helping candidates tailor their materials to specific opportunities, better navigate ATS-driven application systems and strengthen how they present themselves on LinkedIn. From a recruitment perspective, that matters. Candidates often have far more value than what initially appears on paper. Noticeable helps them uncover it, articulate it and present it in a way that is relevant to the market. It’s smart, practical, and very well executed.
