We hired Notic to manage our performance marketing and SEO efforts. On the advertisingside, they run and optimize our Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across four main markets: Slovenia, Austria, Italy, and the Netherlands. For SEO, their work is focused specifically on the Slovenian and German markets. The main objective of our cooperation is to generate quality leads for our heat pumps and consistently grow our online visibility in these regions. Notic handles everything from strategy and campaign setup to keyword research, ongoing targeting adjustments, creative feedback, and regular performance tracking.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At the start of our cooperation, our online presence was genuinely weak. Notic built our entire digital strategy from the ground up. In two years, we gained around 14,000 qualified online leads through Facebook and Google advertising. For SEO, we now rank #1 organically and ahead of the competition. The team is always available and very responsive, which matters a lot to us because our market changes quickly. They keep track of all the trends and regularly inform us about changes on the platforms. With the whole digital strategy, we exceeded all the goals we had set and beat every single KPI.

They always respond quickly to our needs, and by now, they feel like a strong part of our own marketing team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As we mentioned, their boutique size means a great deal to us because they adapt to us on every single project. The most important thing for our good results is that the founder, who has the most experience, is the one actually working on our ad accounts and is the person we are in direct contact with. There are no students or juniors working on our accounts at all. They are genuine experts, and their work proves it every day. On the rare occasion they do not know something, they are extremely fast to learn it and find the right solution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Notic Agency could have done differently?

Honestly, the only thing I can point to is their speed. Notic often turns things around so fast that they end up waiting on us to review or approve the next step, and we were simply not used to an agency moving quicker than our own team. For once, we were the ones holding things up. It is a great problem to have, though it did push us to tighten up our own internal pace to keep up with them.
