Our Story
not so secret started in July 2025. Fifteen years in the big agencies taught us how much gets lost in the handoff between brief and making, and how much gets gained when creative and production stay in the same room. So we built a shop without the handoff. Small, senior-led, independent. Steph on production (Mission: Impossible, Star Trek Beyond, GM, IKEA). Neil on creative (ex-ECD, Juniper Park\TBWA).
