RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Northside Digital delivered a fully built website with well-thought-out user journeys and a compelling design flow to get customers to complete product orders. It took a couple of weeks before the site built momentum, as explained by David at Northside Digital. Our traffic grew quickly, and our sales started to come in. We’ve now reached over 250 sales since the launch.

How did Northside Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Northside Digital finished a little earlier than originally proposed. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

David made all the complicated stuff that I thought was going to be daunting into an easy project. He took everything I thought was going to be difficult and made it simple. Our communication was great all the way through, and the finished project was delivered before the deadline.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really. Everything went to plan, and they delivered a better finished website than I expected.
