I’m an investment advisor for a growing firm of 300 employees. We consult and try to help medium to high-income earners find good real estate options.

What challenge were you trying to address with Northland Investment Corporation?

We needed real estate services on both a personal and a business basis. My ex-boyfriend needed help finding the kind of real estate he wanted.

What was the scope of their involvement?

My ex-boyfriend interfaced with them to find the right real estate deal, giving insight into what they had. In the case of my ex-boyfriend, he was looking for family unit housing. They put us through the best available places and made some good recommendations.

They were referred to me by a friend, and all the feedback about them was amazing. They’re also in Massachusetts, which made it easier to communicate. I reached out to them via email, and they responded within three hours. We then scheduled an appointment where I introduced my boyfriend to the whole process and continued from there.

We spent $50,000-$199,999 with them.

We worked together from March–August 2019.

We used email and phone calls to reach out for updates. They also had dedicated people to keep me abreast of what was happening.

They had the strategy and timelines planned out and didn’t delay implementation — they delivered when they said they would.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — it was a great experience.

Describe what you want; they’ll make recommendations for you. If you know what you want, you can tell them, and they will advise and give you additional options — know what you want but have an open mind.
