North Forge LLC is a veteran-owned MSP delivering managed IT services, cybersecurity and compliance support to small professional offices throughout Rhode Island. We work with law firms, accounting and CPA firms, financial advisers, title and closing companies, dental and medical practices, and insurance agencies, typically of fifteen to forty people.

Most IT providers keep systems running and never produce the documentation that clients, insurers and regulators ask for. North Forge does both. That means the day to day, monitoring, patching, endpoint protection, verified backups, Microsoft 365 management and a help desk that answers. It also means the written information security plan, the HIPAA risk analysis, the FTC Safeguards documentation, and the evidence behind a cyber insurance questionnaire.

Engagements begin with a fixed-fee assessment: one day on site covering every machine, the network, the accounts and the backups, including a live test restore rather than an assumption. You receive a written report with severity-rated findings, a full device inventory, and a costed roadmap, and the report is yours whether or not you go further.

North Forge is Rhode Island based and insured, with attorney-reviewed agreements and defined scope. Support is delivered during business hours, and the limits are stated before you sign rather than after.
