Noetio

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I help adults and children restore movement, reduce pain, and return to an active life.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Noetio?

I was working in a clinic as an employee, and I only had 2–3 appointments per week privately, so I couldn't go full-time self-employed. To increase bookings, I hired Noetio.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Noetio has created Instagram and Facebook ads, implemented a website, implemented an autonomous AI booking system, and created and managed content and Instagram communications with clients. I've worked closely with Michael and Kateryna. I've given directional advice, but the website has been 100% their work based on my directions.

What is the team composition?

I've worked with 2–5 teammates from Noetio.

How did you come to work with Noetio?

They were referred to me by a friend. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, a great culture fit, and good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The outcome is clear and measurable. Noetio has managed to book and get me a reliable source of clients. Before working with them, I had 2–3 bookings per week. After the first month, I was already booked for 5–10 meetings a day for a few weeks in advance. After two months, I was fully booked, e.g., 10 bookings per day, for two months ahead.

My revenue has skyrocketed, and my Instagram activity has improved as well. Percentage-wise, my revenue has increased by 1,000%+. I was barely making money self-employed before, but now I make a good living.

How did Noetio perform from a project management standpoint?

Noetio delivers on time and with the highest quality. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, email, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Noetio understands my needs and addresses the bottleneck super effectively. I also like their speed. I felt the improvements and new booking volume within the first week.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren't any.
