• Conduct a workshop of at least 4 hours with the Executive Director, the Alliance Management, the Operations Coordinator, and the Director of the Center for Technology and Visual Arts to understand the requirements for developing the MVP proposal.
• Provide Software Development Engineering consultancy and project strategic support.
• Review the current website of the FOUNDATION and its visitor data.
• Deliver a project development Road Map.
• Provide a Detailed Statement of Work (DSOW) proposal that includes:
  • User Experience (UX).
  • Design.
  • Development.
  • Quality Assurance.
  • Project Management.
  • Designated human resources.
  • Delivery times.
  • Total project cost.
• Session with the team appointed by the Executive Director, the design and technology teams, and the stakeholders of "The FOUNDATION" to define the scope of the MVP.
• Additionally, a review of reference sites will be conducted.
• Deliver an MVP of the website that allows us to:
  • Receive online donations.
  • Enroll in online services or courses.
  • Reserve spots in online activities.
  • Have a Content Management System (CMS).
  • Address accessibility issues.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now have a MVP new page that allow the foundation to receive donations, to promote the courses and events, as well as give the public information on the work of La LIbertad.

They delivered products on time and respond to our needs with great service. They provided us with advice that exceeded our expectations.

Their human quality to give a great service, listening to our needs, and helping to solve problems giving advice and options to have a MVP web page that responded to the needs of the organization and our customers.

I cant think in this moment of any recommendations for improvement. They really exceeded our expectations for the service.
