We chose NMT out of the many emails we receive because their website spoke to us about what we need and the reviews were very good. We had never outsourced before.

Once we started they did an in-depth analysis of our site and market niche to find keyword recommendations including long-tail keywords of great value. Blog posts were written and the SEO was edited and adjusted. We didn't have to oversee anything they know the steps to take.

We always worked with a number of NMT staff and one main contact person. The communication was flawless and consistently above our expectations. We had not really embraced the SEO part of our website and NMT showed us how to proceed. Really impressed with them as people and the services they offered us.

Over time we noticed our google rankings increased and we started to get many emails from the website formula. Also, new clients with actual projects came from this cooperation.

I had one manager throughout and he oversaw the work and delivery of monthly reports. Reports were always on time and complete.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Initial contact with the CEO and then the continued interest in how our project was being handled. I found them very nice people to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are looking for more Dutch language support this time .. but to expect perfect Dutch when I don't speak perfect Dutch is a bit much to ask.

I paid a $422 USD deposit for a project that I later decided to cancel before any work began. I informed them clearly and promptly, but NMT Technologies has refused to return my money.

There were no services rendered; the work never started. Yet they still believe they’re entitled to keep my $422—completely unethical and unprofessional behavior.

This company shows zero accountability, and their customer service is just as bad. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay away from NMT Technologies. I regret ever trusting them and hope this review saves someone else from going through the same experience.

Unfair Business Practices – Caution for Service Providers & Customers
At NMT Technologies, we take pride in delivering professional and transparent services. Recently, we were engaged by 100Codes to design and develop a website, with mutually agreed scope, timelines, and payment terms—including a flexible payment plan at their request.

After completing extensive research, UI/UX planning, and Figma designs, the client abruptly paused the project due to personal reasons and then demanded a full refund, disregarding the completed work. Despite our clear explanation that the deposit covered the services rendered, they proceeded to file a PayPal dispute and issued threats.

We are sharing this experience as a caution to fellow service providers and customers. Engaging with businesses that disregard agreements, undervalue delivered work, and initiate unwarranted chargebacks can lead to unnecessary financial and professional setbacks.

Professionalism and ethical business practices should be upheld on both sides. We hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions when considering collaborations with 100Codes.

After having a conversation with the sales guy We decided to work with this company as they sounded really professional.

It's a CI project... It was really difficult to manage all the input from the client. The starting point and the end point where not the same. NMT really had patients (and so did we) and finished the job.

Unable to measure the traffic from users because we have delay in rolling out of product due to our company internal decision. However, overall experience from NMT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is really good and recommendable.

They are responsive, initiative, provide active proposals and ideas, willing to listen and go extra miles, definitely one of the better company we have experienced working with.

We have frequently meetings like at least once a week for project update, check point and feedback. We used Zoom for meetings, and tracked all test outcomes clearly in excel. Codes shared and tracked in BitBucket. Other Communication via Whatsapp.

Most impressed by the ideals from the developers, who are always thinking from our company perspective. Their willingness to share and propose solutions when we met some obstacles in the development was impressive.

Project Testing excel report could have delivered more timely.
