We tasked Nir-Yu with finding and filling two key positions that were required for our team. Deliverables consisted of vetted candidates, interviews and the possibility to select the specific candidates that will eb assigned to us. After selecting the candidates, Nir-Yu manages the HR relationship with them to ensure that they are paid and that desired benefits are provided, so that they are treated as employees, even though they work remotely from different countries.
